On September 18-20, EMMANUEL Ministries International will be hosting a Camp Meeting at Central and 60th Street. It is an opportunity for the Body of Christ to work together to “launch out into the deep” in a community that has been depressed because of the recent murders of the two homeless men at that location.
The tent will be open for ministry from 10:00am to meet the needs of the people — the passersby who need prayer and visiting the homes around. Our evening service will begin at 6:30pm with praise and worship, testimonies, preaching and ministry as the Holy Spirit leads.
During the day on Saturday the 20th, we will minister to children and youth with puppetry, arts & craft as well as gift bags and refreshment. At the 6:30 service, young Francisco with CIP/NM will minister the Word.
So far, we have these commitments:
Pastor Marty Cooper of Christ Full Deliverance Church to minister on Thursday evening.
Pastor Stephen & Marcia Bockemeier, ministering through drama
Pastor Dewey Moede, FGGAM
Chaplain Kevin Opatz
Pastor Tom Willeto, To’Hajiilee
Pastor Clarabelle Trujillo
Ministers Stella Blanco, Patricia Arenas, Terri Clah, John & Rachel Howie
Francisco Apachito, CIP/NM
I am sure there will be other commitments, but I have listed the ones who have already said they want to be involved. I specifically thank Pastor Jim Montoya who has been making sure that I stay with the ship.
Yes, we still need resources — both human and financial. Please pray and be sensitive to whatever Holy Spirit puts in your hearts to do. We need the Body to show up in great numbers even during the day to minister to those who come by for prayer and need a Word from God.

Together, let us begin the revival as we launch out into the deep for an overflowing catch.
