Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon placed the blame for a cross border missile attack that killed an Israeli teenager over the weekend squarely on the regime of Syrian president Bashar Assad, adding that the Israeli retaliatory strike early Monday morning was what could be expected if there are any more attacks.
