The restoration of the historic San Antonio church is a project of the non-profit group San Antonio del Rio Colorado Historical Preservation (SARCHP).  If you wish to aid in the group’s work please donate.  SARCHP is a 501 c 3 non profit and all donations will go to further the groups mission to “identify, restore and preserve historic and cultural buildings and sites in the community of Questa, NM, which was formerly known as San Antonio del Rio Colorado.”

The east wall of the church is almost complete and should be finished by mid August  2013.  Work takes place on the wall most Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and all day Saturday.  Please come join us to help rebuild this historic church.  Volunteers of all skill levels welcome. We still need to raise about $228,000 to complete the project. Those costs include the heating systems($28,000), plumbing($1200), electrical ($18,000) stain glass windows ($12,800),buttresses($19,200), flooring ($30,000),  plastering the walls ($32,00), porches ($16,000), choir loft ($18000), entrance foyer ($20,000) , sacristy and mechanical rooms ($22,000). Please donate now to help us complete this project.
