Build Yourselves UP …

Your MOST HOLY FAITH … & … Pray IN the Holy Spirit.

This really means we are called by God to build our character, by remaining & abiding in Jesus and by the power of the Holy Spirit!

We are challenged to know the Word of God … So that we can remain in our Integrity at all times … and through all things!

Some may say it is too hard or not worth the trouble to forgive, which is a characteristic of God … A characteristic in which we do need to build our character in …

Pray and listen to God.  I encourage you to read this with God, for this is the way my Lord teaches me!

Righteousness goes before us when we follow Jesus and this is why!  People notice integrity!  People notice people doing the right thing!  People notice Jesus in us!  God opens doors when we follow His Son!  A Blessed Life is a gift from God and the Joy of the Lord is our strength!  When we believe, Mercy and Goodness follow us all the days of our life!

Our job Today is to abide in Peace, which is abiding in Jesus -and yes,  many times in our character build it requires a sacrifice of pride & a hard word to admit to, but selfish-ambition… to do the right thing that pleases God.

Our job is to know what is pleasing to God and grow in our maturity!  Study LOVE and put on God’s Love as you build yourself up in your most holy faith!

Forgiveness doesn’t mean to forget the wrong that was done But rather to let go of the powerful hold another’s trespass has over you – to find personal peace and joy, which is your strength and power to move forward!

Hummmm and it is God who does the work in us all!

Abiding in Christ, we are equipped to reflect our strength in God; especially in our weaknesses!

Faith is not always easy, but it is possible and when simply turn the binoculars around, which changes our perspective on our troubles -and our ability to change our focal point to the greatness of God …

Focusing more on whom God IS enables us to focus less on the challenges that come to us!

Always remember that challenges come to us to test and build our character – UP in our most holy faith!

When we turn the binoculars around and look up to God with our Trust in our more than Capable God -Our troubles change in perspective to how small our challenges are in perspective to how Great and Powerful is our God!

“For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear (2Timothy 4:3).”

“These are the men who divide you, who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit.”
“But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit.” (Jude 1:19-20)

Faith is more than seeing … Faith believes.

Faith is not a chance … Faith is an opportunity.

Faith is walking out the door … Hoping to see the sun.

Faith knows the warmth of the day … Before you weather out the cold.

Faith is jumping high above fear … Stepping with God just one step at a time.

Faith never fails hope … But hope can displace faith.

Faith operates according to God’s will … Anything done in faith pleases God.

Faith is for the glory of God alone … not a tool to manipulate the love of God.

Faith requires a trust in God’s Word … Our Action reflects whom we believe.

Faith wasn’t given to get what we want … Faith was given to show God we believe in His love.

Faith will pray according to God’s Word…Misplaced faith can tempt God when we lack in trust.

Anything done in faith pleases God … Anything not done in faith is a sin.

Spiritual discernment …Where does our faith lie?  …In the arms of Jesus; Or in the rage of our emotions?

Trust God and also in Jesus … Love Him with all your mind and might.

Look Beyond the emotional drag …Cast your burdens where faith can work!

Heaven bound is a comfort of Grace … Dying to live is the purpose of Grace.

When grace shows up … Peace is found … Full of Joy all surround!

Now abide in faith and hope and love, but the greatest of these is love!

Love in Christ,

Karen Rowe
