Maybe the 1st words that I have heard from God that I knew were from God … The only paper I had handy in my car was a paper napkin; and I wrote the following words on that napkin while parked in HES parking lot: “It’s not about me …”
“It is not about me and how the world can make me happy. It’s about serving God and loving each of God’s people. It’s about letting God come inside you and opening your eyes, mind and heart to know God’s presence, which is love with peace and joy. It’s about knowing that God loves each one of us so much that He sent His Son, Jesus for us… and that HE forgives us, guides us and comforts us. If we let Him we already have all the happiness in the world. It all starts with a believing heart and then we are just to trust and obey by remaining in His love. We are a blessed people in Jesus Christ!”
These words that I heard formed a message from God to me that has been a part of who I have become; and who I am learning to be! Written on a napkin in a school parking lot, I have kept this for all these years knowing that God wanted this message shared with others, but at that time, I hid it deep in my heart too afraid to share. I am not afraid anymore, because the good Lord has built my confidence, which is in Him; and not in me! I hope you are blessed by this Ministry!
