The American Pastor Saeed Abedini jailed in Iran has seen his family for the first time since being released from solitary confinement. Fellow prisoners say Abedini was “glowing” when he emerged.
The pastor spent over a week in a “small dark hole,” but says it was a time of intimacy with God, where he could feel the prayers of intercessors.
His wife, Naghmeh, warns that while this is a small victory she’s “still demanding justice be done and that Saeed be released.”
Naghmeh claims she’s “deeply concerned about Saeed’s health.”
Pastor Saeed is being held in Evin Prison for his Christian faith.
