5. Each of the four personalities has emotional needs. People and personalities are like cars . . . when a car’s gas tank is empty it doesn’t work, when a person’s emotional gas tank is empty, they don’t work. This means they start gravitating toward their weaknesses. Read More.

I used to work at a dry cleaner, and my ability to use personalities to identify customers often helped me understand them before they walked up to the counter.
