Craft store giant Hobby Lobby has won another victory against Obamacare’s birth control mandate.
A federal judge granted the retailer a temporary exemption, Friday.
Obamacare requires employers to provide the morning after pill and birth control free of charge to their employees or pay a fine.
The Christian family that owns Hobby Lobby argues that it violates their conscience.
CEO Steve Green said he never thought he’d have to sue the federal government to run his business according to his Christian faith.
“We love this country and the freedoms it stands for and would never have imagined that we’d be in a position where we would be required to do something that violates our conscience,” Green said.
