Bill is married to Monica Miller-Ruhl and they are founders of Global Destiny Ministry.Bill also serves as Vice Chairman of For God’s Glory Alone Ministries, FGGAM.  They are both authors of books on destiny. Bill is an advisor for the Northern NM Area Aglow Team. Bill flows back and forth in ministry between song, the word, and prophecy! Come and celebrate and receive all that God has for you!
