DON’T READ THIS YET!
Pray! Before you read this…
As your pray, remember to seek God’s Wisdom…God’s Wisdom is first of all pure, which means it doesn’t leave us dbl-minded about wanting God’s help to change our mind about something that we FEEL strongly about.
Remind yourself of the lies Satan will tempt us all with to hold us down in a place we don’t belong /// & 14do not boast about it or deny the truth.
James 3:15 Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic.
16 For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.
17 But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure;
- God will ask us to look at our heart …
- God will ask us to choose the right thing,
- But that right thing will require Courage!
And Courage requires a desire to please God in all that we do …
Do you want to continue reading? Have you prayed yet?
I only ask because, I understand the emotional pull to plan my own way, but I ALSO know the beautiful grace, peace and joy of being near to God.
So, I only ask to encourage you to seek the will of God which is so good for us all …
…the will of God which is also so easy to toss aside!
Change begins with desire to change and this is about change. So don’t read this YET, until the LORD prepares your heart’s desire.
If we are honest, being comfortable right where we are with our mind made up is the choice we’d rather make.
If we are honest, none of us are above something that God can improve in us.
If we are honest, our mind probably thinks, “Really? God has a problem with something about me?”
The choice is Courage or Pride!
The choice is continuing on a path that never works out well in the end; Or choosing a new path each day that is WITH God / with peace and joy and blessings from above.
The reward of JOY is worth doing the hard things that require COURAGE to please God.
BUT …many times doing the hard thing will oppose our emotions … and our thoughts…
EXACTLY! Proverbs 16:9 A man’s mind plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps and makes them sure.
So pray and listen to God speak to your heart … as I also pray for my own mind & heart to be prepared in the Spirit of God:

A message from Our Daily Bread!
“As we go through life striving to find our way, situations may frustrate us and cause us to respond to others in an un-Christlike way. If so, we MUST ask God to give us the courage to apologize to those we have offended. Our worship, according to Jesus, depends on it (Matt. 5:23-24).
We honor God when we make reconciliation with others a priority.
… THEN, we can fully enjoy communion with our Heavenly Father.” – Dave Branon

James 3:13-18 New International Version (NIV)
Two Kinds of Wisdom
13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. 14 But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. 15 Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. 16 For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.
17 But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. 18 Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.
I found it reasonable that forgiveness was classified under reconciliation with others,
…and I found it “interesting?” that forgiveness was classified along side of “murder” …

John 13:34-35
New International Version (NIV)
34 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
Matthew 5:21-26
New International Version (NIV)
Murder
21 “You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall not murder,[a] and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ 22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister[b][c] will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’[d] is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.
23 “Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, 24 leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.
25 “Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still together on the way, or your adversary may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison. 26 Truly I tell you, you will not get out until you have paid the last penny.
I hope this was a blessing to you!
