Today I come to ask you to pray for Frances who was diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer yesterday. She is the Dear sister of Dear friend Celina Lucero who used to work with me at KKIM. We pray healing over Frances this day! In Jesus name Amen!
Sunday I will be Preaching at Crestview Baptist Church in Albuquerque. If you do not have a home church we would love to see you at 11am! I will be preaching on The Power of Confidence in God. Phil. 4:13 where Paul says, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Amen! The more and more I counsel people I am sadden by the many who are consumed by FEAR! How are you doing on that front? There are those of you who are allowing fear to overwhelm you more and more, where you are going to the Doctor. God gives us the power to overcome FEAR! I am more convinced everyday that we waste the powers that God has given us to overcome fear, hate, depression, addictions, these conditions are not of God, but of man. God overcomes all! You have to believe the words of Paul, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Fear used to be a problem for me and it can still creep in when I get very tired and discouraged but God refreshes me, like rebooting my computer, God reboots me! LOL LOL As you become closer to God in your personal relationship, you will develop confidence by knowing that God is your heavenly Father, who loves you unconditionally. You will develop confidence by meditating over the Word of God. The Word of God will help heal you. You will learn to keep your eye’s fixed upon Jesus Christ and not your fears. The key is a personal relationship with Him. If you need help contact me. I continue to find the biggest obstacle people face is that they have not completely surrendered to God. Have you?
I just love what I do because God has us state the problem and He always has the solution! But we have to surrender to Him and His ways. You then will be on the most wonderful journey, the journey God has in mind for you!
As I close this morning let me share with you how the Amplified Bible put’s Paul’s message in Phil 4:13

I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me, I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me: I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency.
I know people who are in wheelchairs who are the strongest people and happiest people I have know because they have Jesus Christ!
Fear is bondage…..God can let you free, in fact He is the only one who can truly make you free! Paul was chained to prison bars!
Maybe the main key for me of being set free from fear, was realizing fear is a sin, because with fear we are deny the power of God.
There is nothing like being prompted by the Holy Spirit. It comes with a personal relationship with God. It is the best bonus package on earth! I had a man write the other day that he loves the Daily CUP posts….saying that I write a lot.LOL LOL it is all prompted by God.
So here is what God wants you to know, He wants you to discover His true richness this day. You do that by grabbing your Bible or going out and get one. He awaits you….read His Word. Many of you have more riches that you never thought of, the richness of God Almighty! He awaits you! His riches await you. Do you know that God gives us over 3,500 promises in His Word? People are saying all over the world this morning that they need this..they need this and that……..I don’t have this and that! What we all need is God, a personal relationship with our Father that will guide your every step and word.
I am not going to give you a verse, I am going to have you discover the verse God has for you, all you have to do is open your Bible and receive the bread of life!

July 11, 2013. Make no mistake about it, your integrity looms more important than you can even imagine. Every great person of current and former times stood out because of their integrity. Your integrity comes from the Lord as you spend time with Him. When you do this, you begin to see that your integrity is really the person of Jesus working Himself out through your life. Shakespeare said, “First to thine own self be true and then as night follows the day, you cannot then be false to anyone.” Groom and polish your integrity.

July 11, 2013. There is apprehension about starting, but do it anyway. The reason there is so much apprehension is because you are standing at the cusp of something great. Satan will try anything to thwart your success. But he won’t succeed if you keep seeking Me and keep doing what I tell you. This is My plan and it is big. Remember when I told you that if you knew the plans I had for you it would be hard to believe? This is one of them. Keep Me as your center.

July 11, 2013. Extend grace and mercy to others whenever the opportunity arises. People want compassion and understanding from you. They are watching you closely to see how you will treat them and others when shortcomings rise up. Display kindness to everyone you encounter, not just to the ones who have met your predetermined standards. Humanity sometimes seems best portrayed from those who don’t know Me. Live a lifestyle of forgiveness. Are your arms outstretched in love and acceptance or are they crossed and closed off? Check your body language.

Love it Dewey. Glad to hear you’re getting the much needed rain. I think of that often when I whine about soggy bottom West Virginia. Fear is indeed a lack of faith, it is so easy to buy the lies of Satan that God will not hear and answer our prayers, or that we’ve done something to cause the circumstance, when we haven’t; or that when we do create a circumstance, Satan tells us that God won’t forgive. So grateful that we serve a God is “more.” More grace than we can imagine, more forgiveness than we deserve, more goodness than we could dream of. Love ya brother!
