When God moved me and Sharon into For God’s Glory Alone Ministries, our friend Paul Dokken had his Pastor Steve Hickey of Sioux Falls, South Dakota send me a scripture, this scripture was written in his latest book, “Obtainable Expectations” The verse was from Matthew 6:8, Do not be like them, For your Father knows what you need before you ask him. AMEN! He knows before we ask! So very encouraging in everyday life and in launching a new ministry where at times you do not know where your next penny is coming from! To top it off yesterday I got a call from Pastor Hickey, who is also a leading State Legislator in South Dakota, he is a man of Godly action, he is a hero of mine! He Preaches God’s Word from the pulpit and from the State Legislature! The call yesterday was just to say hello and to encourage me and Sharon, we needed that encouragement! God knew, so He had Pastor Hickey call! We also talked about my cousin Tiffany Nelson, who was killed in a motorcycle wreck in the Sturgis, SD area this past Friday. I thank the Lord for Pastor Steve calling me and for friends like Paul and Rene Dokken of South Dakota. God knows what you and I need before we ask. PRAISE GOD! For God’s Glory Alone!
