Here are some pictures from today’s Gathering of prayer with Governor Susana Martinez at the Roundhouse in Santa Fe this morning. For those of you out of state, the Roundhouse is New Mexico’s Capitol Building. The Governor spoke and it was a heartfelt message of her love and concern about the youth and children of our state, for their well being and education. She also asked for prayer for the upcoming 2014 legislative session, that their be peace. Disagreements are going to occur but let it be done in a proper, polite manner was the theme of the Governor’s message. You can just tell that this Governor from her days as a Prosecutor and fighting for Children, has such a heart for the children of our state. Look at these pictures………First picture is of Dear Freind John Robb of United Prayer and Faith and then my Dear Friend Pastor Mark Tross who gave the Benediction, last two photo’s are of Pastor Garland Moore of Grants, NM who is such a good friend and leader of the Southern Baptist Church, it was good to see him! Last but not least is Jose Vasquez who was the MC. Jose and his lovely wife Miki of the Barnabas Institute of Santa Fe did an AWESOME job in coordinating the event! Jose is a board member of FGGAM. Let us pray everyday for our Governor and State Legislator’s. It is an extreme blessing to go to our State Capitol and to be able to pray inside! I do not take this for granted and either should you. It’s also such a blessing to have a Governor join us in prayer for her!!! For God’s Glory Alone!
