1:24pm Update Washington Post: The Senate Sergeant-at-Arms reports that the lockdown at the Capitol has been lifted. Shots were fired outside the Capitol, and at least one Capitol Police officer was injured in the incident, police said.

According to U.S. Capitol Police, one officer has been injured.
