Last Friday the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the Affordable Care Act’s birth control mandate for business health insurance plans. The plaintiffs in this suit was an Ohio based business (Freshway Foods and Freshway Logistics), but also has positive effects on other faith-based businesses such as Hobby Lobby.
Let us be thankful for this victory, but be in continued prayer for people and businesses continuing to be adversely affected by this legislation.
