Graphic Mobile Billboards Launch in ABQ

November 6th to Support Late-Term Ban Effort

Created Equal Joins Project Defending Life to Help Get Out the Vote

Albuquerque, NM – November 5, 2013 – Created Equal’s voter education strategy, which focuses on utilizing abortion victim photography, has brought their billboard campaign to Albuquerque, NM.  Utilizing mobile billboards, which display late-term aborted babies on the sides and rear of box trucks, will be making rounds to early voting centers up until Election Day November 19, 2013. Our goal is to save lives, and turn out the pro-life vote on November 19.

The upcoming election is the first attempt for a US city to ban late-term abortion. The outcome will have implications nationwide.

“Our huge mobile billboards permit the victims of late-term abortion to speak for themselves.  Albuquerque voters will play a central part not only in in determining the legality of late-term abortion in ABQ but for setting precedent for cities across America.  If the photographic evidence of the injustice of abortion doesn’t motivate the pro-life vote, nothing will.”

–Mark Harrington, Executive Director, Created Equal

“ABQ has the opportunity to put an end to late term abortions between now and November 19th. The images on our mobile billboards are the accurate portrayal of what we want banned within our city. Late term abortions are brutal procedures that always result in a dead human being. Pictures speak louder than words and by utilizing the images, the victims who are often left out of the abortion debate are allowed to speak for themselves and are a powerful tool as we encourage voters to vote “FOR” the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Ordinance.” Bud Shaver, Project Defending Life
