The Bernalillo County Ethic’s board is scheduled to meet Monday Jan. 13, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. at the City/County building 10th Floor. The board will here motions and decide protocol for the compliant filed against the Sheriff by Travis Olgle who admits his complaint is based on a news report. The New Mexico Sheriffs Assoc. has retained Attorney Jerry Waltz to represent the Sheriff. The hearing is open to the public.
