| January 18, 2014. I know it’s not fun to be corrected. It sometimes hurts your feelings. But you would be wise to receive correction especially from your authorities. They know more than you because they have experienced more, and they don’t want you to fall into the same pits they or others have fallen into. Correction and instruction are for your good. Don’t resist. In fact if you are wise you will seek correction and instruction. I learned obedience from the things I suffered. Likewise you will be stronger if you will receive correction and instruction.
Philippians 2:5-8 (NASB) “Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men.
