(Baltimore, MD) — A Baltimore church is teaming up with a casino to promote jobs. Union Baptist Church members saw a giant Horseshoe Casino advertisement plus oversized red dice on Sunday in their church. The goal is to hire city residents for 17-hundred jobs in the gambling enterprise. Reverend Alvin Hathaway says churches have a duty to help people in the community find employment. Maybe they can drive a Beer delivery truck, or just move the casino into the Church! UGH! Is this what our world has come to? Churches promoting gambling?
