Colorado Man Sues Rescuers Who Pulled Him From Raging Floodwaters

(Broomfield, CO)  —  A Colorado man is planning to sue the rescuers who pulled him from a car trapped in raging floodwaters.    …. Roy Ortiz was caught up in the historic flooding that struck the state in September.  His attorney says it took first responders too long to wade into the fast moving currents and pull Ortiz to safety because they didn’t know at first that he was still inside the car.
