In the grand scheme of things (all things) this notice is not earth- shattering. None-the-less:
Results from the Edgewood election show incumbents Chuck Ring and Rita-Loy Simmons as winners for the two vacant seats brought about by the expiration of their terms. Both will serve another four years.
Bond issues on the ballot for road improvement projects and an animal control facility each passed by comfortable margins.
Overall there were far fewer votes cast in this election than were cast in the 2010 election when Ring and Simmons last won and Edgewood had other bond issues on the ballot.
