Full steamDear Family of our Lord Jesus Christ,

We have a deep desire to fulfill the work assigned to us by our Lord Jesus! Amen!

“My life is worth nothing unless I use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus” Acts 20:24 I will die on that verse! Amen! Full steam ahead!

We thank you all who support FGGAM on a monthly basis! I do not have the words to express our thanks.

Yesterday I had a reports from folks that the CUP was really an encouragement! PTL!

I was telling FGGAM Board Member Wanell Pate that the Lord has really put it on my heart to read the works of Oswald Chambers, Smith Wigglesworth, A.W. Tozer, D.L. Moody, Bill Graham and more! Many more! I have dome this for years and reading the works of these men keeps my fire lit! It goes without saying, the number one book to keep the fires going for Jesus Christ is HIS WORD! AMEN!

This work can get lonely, so when you call or write and offer a word of encouragement it means a lot.

In these economic times some people that have given to FGGAM, cannot give at this time. Thank the Lord we have had people moved to give and make up the difference. I call these people ‘Difference Makers’ for Jesus Christ, to keep ministries like FGGAM going.

People who see it as part of their own ministry, people who are not in full time ministry, but as Cathy Belanger,  explained to me this morning, “We are all of the body.” That is so true Cathy, WE ARE ALL REALLY IN MINISTRY.

I would like to put this out to you all. We have been praying for 100 people to give $25.00 a month for one year. We are going to call it our ’25 for 12 Club’ Giving $25.00 for 12 months. We have been praying this through for months, we have struggled with this……and this is what the Lord has shown us. In return we will give you a copy of Charles Stanley’s ‘Life Principles’ and a CD of my sermon “That One Thing” , my most asked about sermon. Just ask for the offer when you give your love offering, please.

I was telling Cathy Belanger that the toughest part for me in ministry is asking for funding, I hate it. I have been given lot’s of advice on this issue, I have been told to charge for my services,  that I will not do as the Lord told me no. The Lord has shown me that the ‘Body of Christ’ is to come together for ministries to move forward, to pray forward what others cannot pay for.

Planting seeds for others and then watching it grow for God’s Glory Alone!

Many of you know that baseball is my favorite sport,  David Ortiz of the Boston Red Sox just signed a contract extension that will pay him like 35 or 40 mil! He said to a reporter, “Now I don’t have to stress anymore!” I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry! So many people are struggling and so many ministries like FGGAM chug along with very minimal expense in our desire to do the work assigned us by our Lord Jesus.

If you are moved to join the ’25 for 12 Club’ please mail your offering, we are tax deductible, to FGGAM PO BOX 65516 ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87193 OR YOU CAN GIVE ON LINE AT www.fggam.org

Please let us know if you would like your free gifts.

May God Bless you and yours forever and ever.

We would like to expand our ministry, purchasing more radio programming out of state and also other outreach projects the Lord has shown us like the return of our TV program.  We also want to stay current, like we are, of paying our media bills and other expenses.

We are totally transparent. if you have any questions about FGGAM please call me at 505-681-0331. We also have an excellent section called ‘About FGGAM’ on our website and we also have tons of testimonials posted at FGGAM.ORG

FGGAM ministry includes ‘Dewey’s Daily CUP’ which has been going forward for 17 years. Has it made a difference in your life?

Thank you all who pray for Sharon and I…….click on the link

Sharon Moede A Shining Light For Jesus Christ

I just talked to Sharon and her presentation went AWESOME! PTL!

I pray that you have noticed we have ‘dressed up’ the CUP over the last 30 days, with links and a better look, I hope!

How about these words from Oswald Chambers back in 1908 to his friend Lambert:

Praise God for your report that the Devil is paying attention to you—-so long as he keeps firing at us you may depend he thinks that we are worth watching…….

WOW! POWERFUL STUFF! Is the Devil paying attention to you? Are you too comfortable?

I use this a lot when I go and preach, it is not popular anymore, but the Lord instructs me to do so……..I have come to comfort the inflicted and inflict the comfortable! Doesn’t sell many tickets anymore in America. LOL! LOL!

Oswald also said this………how timely in America when we have de-valued life: “A child’s life has no dates; it is free, silent, dateless. A child’s life ought to be a child’s life, full of simplicity.”

Comes at a time when America is still full steam ahead in aborting babies and as I have said, Britain has used aborted babies for heating hospitals.

Or the screaming headline from the Albuquerque Journal this morning: “Autopsy Shows Omaree Suffered Savage beating’

Omaree is the 9 year old who was beaten to death by his Mother!

The light of Jesus Christ must shine above this muck! It is our Christian duty to let it shine and overcome the darkness, to bring hope and love to children and their families. We need a revival in our homes, a revival of Jesus Christ in the homes of America, this would turn our nation back to God.

A school teacher told me, no more money, please focus on the revival of our homes so we can teach our children. Amen!

We have got to get America back for God.

Another issue we stand in the gap for God on is the sanctity of marriage. People where in shock yesterday when the news came out that World Vision would hire married gay’s. We had people contact us at FGGAM just in complete shock, in disbelief!

This is an excellent commentary by Pastor Brian Alarid of Passion Church in Albuquerque:

You can love and serve gay people without approving of their lifestyle. The two are not mutually exclusive, even though society wants to tell us that we have to either approve of gay marriage or we are bigots. Tolerance has been twisted by the devil to mean approval. Jesus could simultaneously love the woman caught in the act of adultery in John 8 and protect her from being stoned to death and in the next breath tell her to “go and sin no more.” He defined her behavior as sin without judging her. I believe we can and should define homosexuality as sin (not the worst or unpardonable sin but sin no less than lying, cheating, adultery) because the bible does, without picking up stones to punish or judge gay people. You can love someone without agreeing with them. Be brave enough to stand for biblical convictions and compassionate enough to love and serve everyone regardless of their sexual orientation. Being straight doesn’t get you into heaven – only faith in the shed blood of Jesus can.

Amen, WOW! DYNAMITE!

One of the other things we stand in the gap for God on is America! This is a super post!

Biblical leadership

In recent days, the Lord has repeatedly placed on my heart Exodus 18:21, “Moreover you shall provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be rules of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.” The context of this verse on Biblical leadership is found in the need for Moses to settle disputes among the Israelites. It was taking so much of his time that it was wearing him out. Asked by his father in law Jethro what he was doing, Moses replied, “When they have a matter, they come unto me; and I judge between one and another, and I do make them know the statutes of God, and his laws.”

Moses was leading the people through the example of the laws and statutes of God. As he did so, he taught the people about God’s ways as Jethro observed in verse 20: “And you shall teach them ordinances and laws, and shall show them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do.” Then Jethro suggested to Moses the representative form of government found in verse 21. But it is not only a representative system, it is a form of leadership that is based on example, efficiency, accountability, and fairness under the law. This very system is the picture of good leadership because it speaks to the character and system of good governance.

Able men are those who are competent to lead. Men who fear God are those who have respect for God and knowledge of his ways because one cannot have respect without some idea of what it is that is respected. Men of truth are those who know and live by the truth. If Jesus is the way, the truth and the life, these leaders must know the Lord in order to know truth. Men who hate covetousness. Covetousness is defined as having or showing a great desire to possess something, typically something belonging to someone else. A government is covetousness when those running it want to take what you have and give it to someone else. The governing body becomes covetous if the men running it are so.

The Hebrew translation of the words for this verse are those that mean competent, God-fearing, honest and incorruptible. These are the qualities of good leaders. This system of government served as the basis for the government of the United States when the Founders framed up the Constitution. The Framers also were consistent in describing the type of leaders that should be elected into this form of government–religious, moral, Christian were words often used by various Founders in their private writings and speeches. If as Christians we accept the word of God as inerrant and infallible, then we should choose leaders who hold the qualities of leadership described by the Bible, and hold them accountable.

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!
