Kerry Arrives In Ukraine With $1 Billion

Is this the best Obama can do? Is the answer always money? The Obama Administration is reacting, no guts, no foreign policy, the house has burned down, they are late and now Kerry flies in.  Secretary of State John F. Kerry brought a pledge of $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees for Ukraine’s new anti-Russian leadership as he arrived in Kiev to show solidarity with former opposition leaders now facing a military standoff with Moscow.
