I really love and appreciate Darlene Quiring of Mt. Lake, Minnesota……she shares such ‘goodies’……….I miss good clean humor!
A young couple got married and left on their honeymoon. When they got back, the bride immediately called her mother. Her mother asked, “How was the honeymoon?”
“Oh, mama,” she replied, “the honeymoon was wonderful! So romantic…”
Suddenly she burst out crying. “But, mama, as soon as we returned Sam started using the most horrible language…things I’d never heard before! I mean, all these awful… 4 letter words! You’ve got to come get me and take me home…. Please mama!”
“Sarah, Sarah,” her mother said, “calm down! Tell me, what could be so awful? What 4-letter words?”
“Please don’t make me tell you, mama,” wept the daughter, “I’m so embarrassed they’re just too awful! Come get me, please!”
“Darling, baby, you must tell me what has you so upset…. Tell your mother these horrible 4-letter words!”
Still sobbing, the bride said, “Oh, mama…words like DUST, WASH, IRON, COOK…!”
LOL! Thanks Darlene….After sharing with you all Monday about me leaving the garage door open all night, keys in the car and wearing the wrong shoes………I found this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL LOL!!!! Senior Moments!

Older people do not decline mentally with age, it just takes them longer to recall facts because they have more information in their brains, scientists believe.
Much like a computer struggles as the hard drive gets full up, so to do humans take longer to access information, it has been suggested.
Researchers say this slowing down it is not the same as cognitive decline.
“The human brain works slower in old age,” said Dr. Michael Ramscar, “but only because we have stored more information over time.” “The brains of older people do not get weak. On the contrary, they simply know more.”
SO THERE!! We aren’t forgetful…. We are All Brilliant!

Let me share with you a bit, This Sunday I will be preaching from the base of Psalm 46:10, Be still for I am God. Yesterday I was talking with NM State Rep. Nora Espinoza who is running for re-election and we pray that happens. Anyhow, Nora said one person said she was a two issue candidate! What’s wrong with that! I told Nora that it comes down to one single issue GOD! Then everything else goes from there. It’s starts with the one main issue God and what He says about all these issues being discussed in our society, everything from education, to marriage, to abortion, to the family, everything starts with God. Our country, our World is out of alignment!, plain and simple, we are out of alignment with God. That equals Biblical ramifications. For heaven’s sake this world we live in does not even think for the most part that there is ramifications for bad behavior. That’s right, we have people still driving a car even thou they have been arrested 20 times for drunk driving. Do not dabble in 50 things, 20 things, 10 things, focus on one: GOD, and let everything thing else flow from Him. Be still for I am God. Nora Espinoza has it right, the one issue is God and everything else flows from Him.
So my encouragement for you this day is focus on God and His ways, only His ways, do not listen to the ‘nothing noise’ of the world. Be in alignment with God, be still and listen for Him.
We are seeing this today:
1 Timothy 4:1 says, The Spirit clearly says that in latter times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and doctrines taught by demons.
Pastor Steve Hickey in his book, ‘The Fall Away Factor’ put’s in this way:
“This massive falling away will go far beyond mere back sliding and into the realm of betrayal and renouncing core beliefs.”
I strongly suggest you get a copy of Pastor Steve’s book! Amen!

A pastor was traveling last week, he saw
an old man, and gave him a lift. While they
were going, the old man said; my son, do…
you know what happened in Heaven last
night?
The pastor was so terrified and hurriedly
parked and asked; Sir, are you sleeping?
How did you get the information about
Heaven?
The Old man said; last night in Heaven God
became very angry with man and asked
the Angels to blow the trumpet. The
angels picked up the trumpets and as they
were about to blow it WHEN, Jesus fell
down and began to plead in tears. The
blood that came out of His hands and body
were very fresh. He told God that His
death shouldn’t be in vain.
God couldn’t stand the pains of the saint
and the wickedness of the evil ones. So He
said; “I AM GIVING THEM THEIR LAST
CHANCE.”
Jesus then turned to the angels and told
them to move down in their numerous
numbers to tell the world that:
“THE END IS NEAR, JESUS IS COMING VERY
SOON”.
The pastor (sweating and crying) asked; sir,
how did you know this?
The OLD MAN replied; I am one of the
Angels sent
to the World.
Please use every medium of
communication to send this message.
No time to waste, Please! And the old man
disappeared.
Brethren, this story is real, Christ is coming
Soon.
