Do they have their invisible ink coloring book with them?  Reports emerged in Lebanese media on Wednesday that two Israeli tanks recently crossed the border into Lebanese territory near the border village of Qatmoun, and several Israeli aircraft had been sited over Lebanese territory in recent days. The reports added to speculation about Israeli contingency planning on the border, as Cardinal Beshara Al Rai, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East and the leader of Lebanon’s Maronite Christian Church added his voice on Wednesday to a growing chorus of alarm over the effect Syria’s civil war is having on Lebanon. Saying that the over 1 million Syrian refugees in Lebanon are creating a crushing burden on the country, he suggested they be moved to camps in secure areas of Syria.
