(Albuquerque, NM) — After just raising the water bills of taxpayers in the city, Trash collection fees in Albuquerque are going up July 1st. Officials say residential bills will go up about two dollars a month. The increase is to pay for a new 39-million-dollar complex for the city’s garbage trucks.
