I am thankful to our Lord for safe travel. I am thankful for all the divine appointments He gave me on this trip. I will share more later this week and maybe into next week, Lord Willing! Amen!
I wrote this a couple of days ago on Facebook………
I believe a real weeping is good for us You are in a poor way if you cannot weep I have wept much on this trip I do thank God for my tears, which help me. I like to weep in the presence of God. I ask you in the name of Jesus will you cast “all your care upon Him, for He cares for you” 1 Peter 5:7 I am in great need today, I want an overflow. Come on friends let us weep together. God help us Glory to God in the highest! How He meets the needs of the hungry! Amen love to all!
Also this morning…………
God has a plan beyond anything we have ever known. He has a plan for your life. If we have any other plan in view, we miss God’s plan. Are you on God’s plan for your own? Do you completely trust God? Then turn it all over to him, even your money! Amen! Tomorrow should be filled with Holy expectations that we will be living FIRE for HIM!
God never intended His people to be ordinary or commonplace.
His intentions were that we should be on FIRE FOR HIM! NOT MONEY!
Remember this my friends…….
The people in whom God delights are the ones who rest upon His Word without doubting. God has nothing for the man who wavers.
That is from my on going study of Smith Wigglesworth. I love studying the works of Smith and all the other old time great men and women of God!
I will always be indebted to FGGAM Board Member Wanell Pate for introducing me to the works of Wigglesworth.
As I sit here and type this I really miss my son Lars. I miss him dearly. He truly has become a man. It is so special to hear from his Professor’s, the Starbucks he frequents, to the handy man at his apartment complex, to his classmates, to his co-workers, what a wonderful man Lars is. He is adored by many for his honesty, excellent cinematography, and just being a wonderful friend. I pray that can be said of us all.
At the graduation of Columbia students, which was held at the famous Chicago Theater, the President of Columbia, Kwang-Wu Kimm told the students these key points as they go out in the world……….
Be on time
Meet people everyday…seek people out
Listen as much as you talk (I think that was directed at me!)
Have compassion for all, do not be quick to judge
Live everyday with gratitude
Take full accountability for your actions
Never give up on excellence
Be yourself
I believe this was the best commencement address I have ever heard!
I find even people my age, don’t show up on time, weasel out of commitments and don’t take full accountability for their own actions!
I am a stickler for being on time, finishing on time, fulfilling commitments, and taking full responsibility for my actions, for my mistakes. Asking for forgiveness and also forgiving. Being thankful for everything! Amen!
I am sadden by the actions of many Christians who need to learn what Lar’s College President spoke on.
Ya can’t have your cake and eat it to! …..Good description of America.
Stop pretending your a Christian! Act like one!
I have come to inflict the comfortable and comfort the inflicted. Amen!
As the days go on I will share with you much more about what God showed me on this trip. Including a visit with my brother Daryl in Yankton, South Dakota.
Many stories to tell……..and their TRUE!!! LOL!!
