Isaiah 60:1 (AMP)
“ARISE [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you– rise to a new life]! SHINE (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you!”
God has called us to be a beautiful and powerful people. People who look like Him and behave like Him. He has called us in 1 Peter 2:9 (AMP) “…a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God’s] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”
It is time for this dedicated (holy) nation to arise and take its place so that our cities, states, nation and the world can see and experience the real JESUS CHRIST — the One who loved us so much that He gave His life for us. It is time to awaken and take our responsibility seriously and without compromise. We are THE NATION within the nations of the world with the answer for this nation and the nations of the world. AND THE ANSWER IS JESUS CHRIST! HE IS THE ONLY ANSWER! THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH IS, ONLY ONE THING WILL SAVE AMERICA AND IT’S AN AWAKENING TO GOD! THAT IS, YAHWEH, JEHOVAH GOD, THE ONE TRUE AND LIVING GOD. THE ONE WHO SENT HIS SON, YESHUA, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST TO SAVE ALL HUMANITY.
In John 3:16-17, the Holy Spirit declares: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
“For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”
Beloved Body of Christ, if this is all we know of the Truth, (JESUS CHRIST IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE) it is sufficient for us to ARISE, SHINE and DECLARE Him to a lost and dying world.
I challenge us to live our lives as the Holy (dedicated) Nation He has called us to be and in so doing we will “set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light.”
Below is a copy of a poem the Holy Spirit gave to me some time ago and I believe it is fitting for today:
Nation of God, arise!
Stand up and be counted
Stand up and be strong
Stand up, make a difference
In the midst of wrong!
Nation of God, arise!
Lift up God’s standard
Let integrity fly
Upward to the sky!
Nation of God, arise!
Let no dishonor reign
Stand up for truth and righteousness
Let Christ alone remain!
Nation of God, arise!
Walk in His authority
Wave His blood-stained banner high
And bring deliverance to all mankind …
