Pictured above is my Sister Deb Rogers with daughter Emily who just graduated from College and her wonderful husband Paul. Then me and Sharon with Craig and Anita Price out to dinner when they came for a visit a couple of months ago, they are from Sidney, Montana and then me and Pastor Leonard Navarre at the 40th Anniversary of KKIM radio, 2 years ago, where I honored him for his service to the radio station.

Please pray for Rev. Raymond Milner of St. Andrews in Roswell, NM he’s going to have heart bypass surgery this morning. I was blessed to spend time yesterday talking, reading the Bible and praying with him. He says he’s 84 looks 30 years younger to me! Get a load of this: Rev Milner and I know some of the same people as we both lived in Sidney, Montana and Williston, North Dakota like Danny Price from Sidney and Oscar Halverson and Bob Miller from Williston, my two radio station bosses from there.
It was just a great visit! Thanks to my friend Kim Ramsey for letting me know her Dad was at the Heart Hospital here in Albuqerque. Please, let’s all pray for super natural healing for Rev. Milner in The name of Jesus, Amen!
Happy Birthday to my sister Deb Rogers of Reading, Minnesota! Deb is the best sister ever, What a wife, Mother, and Grandmother she is! Deb took care of our Mother, Ruth when Mom was battling cancer, I will never forget the sacrifices Deb made for our family!
My Dear friend Anita Price sent this scripture to me years ago when I was going through a real rough time: I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content. Philippians 4:11
Love you Anita and Crag and all the family. We pray for safe travels for Anita as she travels from Sidney, Montana to Billings, Montana for her nieces wedding.
We also pray for Craig on a excellent report on a medical test!
Love my friends Craig and Anita, they helped me build a solid Christian foundation years ago when I started my radio career in Sidney!
The Prices sacrificed much for me, they helped take care of me when I was very sick back in the early 80’s.
Today I want to share with you on sacrifice.
It will be 2 years ago next month when God moved me out of KKIM Radio and put me here at FGGAM.
On Tuesday I went out to Edgewood, NM to see my mentor and hero Pastor Leonard Navarre at Valley View Christian Church. The Lord has really been putting Leonard on my heart, and thinking of all the sacrifices he has made for me and my family over the years. Since I now travel lot by car in ministry, over 20,000 miles in New Mexico last year, God got me thinking about all the days Leonard would drive in from Edgewood and help me with New Mexico News and Views. What a sacrifice, the drive,, the preparation, he did this with all his responsibility at Valley View. Not only would Leonard help with the program, he was always bringing me book, books that I could learn from to be a Pastor. He also would take time to talk to me and teach me the ways of God. It not only has been Leonard but also his lovely wife Diana. As I look back on the sacrifices that the Prices made, what my sister Deb did, and what Leonard did and is doing to this day…….I am more thankful than ever for their love. I have always said I am here to serve, not to be served. The lessons from Craig and Anita, Deb and Leonard are with me forever. I have many, many other people in my life who have made many sacrifices for me! I wish I could list you all! My Sharon has made extreme sacrifices for me, when we met I did not have two pennies to run together! LOL! And I still don’t!!!!! LOL!!! LOL!!!! The kid’s also have made sacrifices with their Dad and Mom being in Ministry.
It takes sacrifices to make a better world, a better family, a better church.
Hebrews 13:16
Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.
Romans 12:1-2
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Paul says, “Since the creator of the universe is so merciful you YOU, I urge you to make your life a living sacrifice to HIM!
Paul is not saying that we are to lie down on a burning alter and die for Christ! He’s saying that we should LIVE for HIM!
Live in a way that pleases God!
He says, “When we live a holy life, it pleases God and becomes a part of your spiritual worship!”
