KOB TV is reporting that Tesla has said NO to New Mexico. It appears that New Mexico Governor Martinez and her administration have failed to lure the battery gigafactory to the state and take a gigantic step in diversifying New Mexico’s economy, or Tesla may have wanted an arm and a leg to come to New Mexico.
