Most folks are not real good at giving constructive criticism. Fewer yet, are good at accepting criticism of any sort. Those who desire to be wise, will learn to listen carefully to all criticism they receive, even when it’s not delivered in the right way. There will always be those who criticize us just to tear us down, or ruin our confidence. Yet, I’ve learned that even criticism delivered poorly, or designed to hurt us…can have a ring of truth to it. Even when it stings, or comes across in a mean spirited way, carefully considering criticism, then prayerfully making adjustments, can greatly increase our effectiveness. God will honor your efforts to become better…and He will use you in mighty ways!
