FGGAM News just received this news release from the New Mexico Dept. of Health:
Ebola Not Suspected in Santa Fe Patient
(Santa Fe) – The New Mexico Department of Health informed Christus St.Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe this afternoon that a patient who was transported to the hospital did not meet criteria for Ebola testing. That determination is made based on information provided to the Department about the patient’s travel history.
The Department is not directly involved in the patient’s care and will not be releasing any other information at this time due to patient privacy.
