I have to tell a cute story……….yesterday when Reno, Buffy and I went to the post office there was a fire truck in the parking lot. Now Reno, being the beagle he is, loves to sing along with fire truck sirens, police sirens no..he loves fire truck sirens!!! LOL! So I met the firemen and told them I was at one time a fireman and that my Dad and Grandpa were also. They loved hearing that, I also thanked for their service. I told them Reno loves to sing to the siren of fire trucks…..yep, you guessed it, they got in their fire truck and turned the red lights on and blew the siren right there in the parking lot and Reno right away started to sing along!!!!!!!!!! Buffy joined in with her barking! The firemen continued to sound the siren as they left the parking lot and they kept looking at Reno singing!!!! I don’t think I have laughed that hard and had that much fun in ages! Good clean fun and laughter, good for the soul! I love firefighters, they are true red, white and blue!

I want to share with you this day the scripture the Lord has on my heart. Let us be reminded that the Bread of life is the Word of God, nothing else. During these days it is so important to read the Word of God, by doing so God will speak to you through the Holy Spirit. I am so thankful to have the Lord with me because the past few days I have had some bombs thrown at me, like I am sure you all have, and I was able to react in a Jesus like way, not a humanistic way. Not that it is easy, but it is a must.
Jesus prays in John 17: 20-24
My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me, and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one, I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.
Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.
Amen! Amen! There is a message for you right there! I suggest getting a Bible with the Words of Jesus in red. God’s Word is the bread of life!
What are you chasing today?
Money? a Boat? a new suit? a new updated cell phone? a vacation? God never takes a vacation! I had to throw that in there!
Are you after God’s heart?
Questions to think about and not quickly dismiss. I was asked to pray for the Community of Taos as a murder happened there in the last few days, a young man drunk killed another young man. In Albuquerque area, we had these young girls and a young man, all under 21 kill a man and stuff him in the trunk of their car.
Why do you I bring this up in talking about God’s Word and the Bread of life?
Because, in fulfilling the Great Commission here at FGGAM we share that message, the Word of God, the bread of life, the love of Jesus Christ and it softens the hardest of hearts.
I have never been turned away from anybody proclaiming the Word and Love of Jesus Christ, that is not me it is JESUS! Ever since I became FILLED with the HOLY SPIRIT, GUIDED by GOD, not myself, God sends me to people that need to hear and see His Word, His love in action.
Many of you are experiencing the same wonderful gift! PRAISE GOD!
We must reach these young people before satan destroy’s their lives and they destroy the lives of others.
Some will say, that it’s none of their business, oh my friends if you are a lover of Jesus Christ it is your business.
Yesterday at the Post Office I was walking out and an elderly man with a cane was attempting to walk up and mail a letter, I quickly walked over to him and asked if I could mail that for him. He quickly handed it over to me to mail inside for him. That could have been you….and already many of you do that. People still trust people to do the right thing. I love the elderly! I am one of them!!!!!!!!!!! LOL LOL LOL! I look it anyway! Yesterday I had a young man running around the grocery store getting things I needed, WOW! What service! I encourage you not to be shy about showing the light of Jesus Christ, the World needs it more than ever! Do not conform to this World, Keep your light shining brightly for Jesus Christ. Let others experience the Love of Jesus Christ through your actions! AMEN!

The story starts out where Beth, is sitting at an airport terminal, waiting to board a plane. She was sitting there with several other people who were also waiting, whom she did not know.
As she waited, she pulled out her Bible and started reading. All of a sudden she felt as if the people sitting there around her, were looking at her. She looked up, but realized that they were looking just over her head, in the direction right behind her.
She turned around to see what everyone was looking at, and when she did, she saw a stewardess pushing a wheelchair, with the ugliest old man sitting in it, that she had ever seen before. She said he had this long white hair that was all tangled and such a mess. His face was really, really wrinkled, and he didn’t look friendly at all. She said she didn’t know why, but she felt drawn to the man, and thought at first that God wanted her to witness to him. In her mind she said she was thinking, “Oh, God, please, not now, not here.”
No matter what she did, she couldn’t get the man off of her mind, and all of a sudden she knew what God wanted her to do. She was supposed to brush this old man’s hair.
She went and knelt down in front of the old man, and said “Sir, may I have the honor of brushing your hair for you?”
He said “What?”
She thought, “Oh great, he’s hard of hearing.” Again, a little louder, she said, “Sir, may I have the honor of brushing your hair for you?”
He answered, “If you are going to talk to me, you are going to have to speak up, I am practically deaf.”
So this time, she was almost yelling, “Sir may I please have the honor of brushing your hair for you?”
Everyone was watching to see what his response would be. The old man just looked at her confused, and said “Well, I guess if you really want to.”
She said, “I don’t even have a brush, but I thought I would ask anyway.”
He said, “Look in the bag hanging on the back of my chair, there is a brush in there.”
So she got the brush out and started brushing his hair. She has a little girl with long hair, so she has had lots of practice getting tangles out, and knew how to be gentle with him. She worked for a long time, until every last tangle was out.
Just as she was finishing up, she heard the old man crying, and she went and put her hands on his knees, kneeling in front of him again looking directly into his eyes, and said “Sir, do you know Jesus?”
He answered, “Yes, of course I know Jesus. You see, my bride told me she couldn’t marry me unless I knew Jesus, so I learned all about Jesus, and asked Him to come into my heart many years ago, before I married my bride.”
He continued, “You know, I am on my way home to go and see my wife. I have been in the hospital for a long time, and had to have a special surgery in this town far from my home. My wife couldn’t come with me, because she is so frail herself.”
He said, “I was so worried about how terrible my hair looked, and I didn’t want her to see me looking so awful, but I couldn’t brush my hair, all by myself.”
Tears were rolling down his cheeks, as he thanked Beth for brushing his hair. He thanked her over and over again.
She was crying, people all around witnessing this were crying, and as they boarded the plane, the stewardess, who was also crying, stopped her, and asked, “Why did you do that?”
And right there was the opportunity, the door that had been opened to share with someone else, the love of God. We don’t always understand God’s ways, but be ready, He may use us to meet the need of someone else, like He met the need of this old man, and in that moment, also calling out to a lost soul who needed to know about His love.
