Evil man Putin is at work: The official Russian news agency ITAR-TASS reported on Sunday that a senior Kremlin official recently met with Shiek Hassan Nasrallah, the secretary-general of Lebanon’s Shi’ite terror militia Hezbollah. According to the report, Russian deputy foreign minister, Mikhail Bogdanov also met with the leaders of other factions in Lebanon, saying “The situation here remains dangerous and alarming. It is impossible to find any fundamental solution to the problems without a dialogue involving all concerned parties.” In related news, Alexander Prokhanov, a senior aide to Russian President Vladimir Putin, gave an interview with Iranian state TV over the weekend in which he accused Israel and the US of training operatives from the Islamic State (IS, formally ISIS) terror militia in an effort to undermine Russia’s position in the Middle East.
