Please be advised that the Bernalillo County Board of Commissioners will meet in special session on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014 at noon.
The meeting will be held in the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Government Center, 10th Floor, Conference Room B; One Civic Plaza NW Albuquerque, NM 87102, for the below purposes:
- An action item regarding the personnel matter involving County Manager Tom Zdunek.
- Motion to appointment to fill impending vacancy for House District 21.

More Trouble For Bernalillo County New Mexico, When Will It End?
Bernalillo County Government gets an F in my book. It is scandal ridden. I will not even get into the other messes, like the County Treasurer. The tax payers of the County need to be told how much the County is spending on attorneys to defend itself against all this crud. I had one women who I trust in what she says, call and tell me that County Manager Tom Zdunek put his finger in her face as he yelled at her . Now comes word that Zudunek is being investigated, by the way why do we pay these folks outlandish salaries for such a grade F job? Zudunek gets paid $158,000 a year, shameful! BernCo. I call upon the U.S. Attorney and the FBI to open a full investigation of the operation of Bernalillo County Government from top to bottom. You have to be blind if you do not see all this corruption, year after year. Lawsuit after lawsuit.
Why do we put up with this behavior?
How many more women will the County be allowed to mentally abuse?
The smell of the wrongs in Bernalillo County have reached heaven.
