50 Alabama Counties Refuse to Issue Marriage Licenses to Same-Sex Couples: Gay couples faced legal wrangling Tuesday in Alabama, where a number of judges are refusing to follow a Supreme Court order to lift a ban on the unions. On Monday, the state became the 37th U.S. state, along with the capital’s District of Columbia, where same-sex marriages are legal. But in Alabama, most probate judges are refusing to comply.
Good for them, it is a state’s right issue and the people of Alabama spoke. The federal government has usurped state’s rights over and over again!!
Praise the Lord! Father, give us boldness to stand for righteousness!!! Say NO to the devil and YES to God!!!
