Winter storm warnings and winter weather advisories are in effect through this afternoon fort northern and central New Mexico. We usually do not get enough snow on the west side of Albuquerque so that it hangs onto our bushes, but this morning I awoke to much snow! My friend Scott Flury reports from Chama, New Mexico: With the 4 storms heading our way we should move ahead of normal for the snow season. We are at 72.60 inches of snow this year. At the end of February we should be at 77.25. Was late in arriving but our forest and lakes will appreciate the moisture. Snow in Albuquerque fed 29

My friend Jeniffer Davis of 770 KOB radio reports that I-40 in Albuquerque is one big sheet of ice. Jeniffer took this picture at 4:18am on her way into work driving at 20 mph. Be careful New Mexico, today is not the day for the Indy 500! Click on this headline for more:

Yesterday I was blessed to visit Valley View Christian Church in Edgewood, New Mexico as they prepared for their monthly food pantry. Kelly Snelgrove supplied me with some food for some folks in need. I Praise God for the many food pantries in New Mexico! Matthew 18:3 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in. Kelly and her hubby Glenn help out every month at the food pantry as do many other faithful volunteers! By the way if you did not know Kelly writes for us here at FGGAM! PTL! 1 Peter 4:10 teaches us…..Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. many people are in need, you do not have to look far to see someone in need, have the eyes and heart of Jesus Christ. Food pantry feb

The World is at war with children. Today my friends pray for the children of the world. We live in a world where the sanctity of life is at it’s lowest point since WW II. From abortion right here where I live in Albuquerque, NM to the Islamic State and  Boko Haram raping and killing children, to child abuse in the United States. To the poverty and hunger of children. Right here in New Mexico the latest report I have is that nearly 30% of our children get just one good meal a day. We have to look at this problem through the eyes of God. God is not happy with the world’s assault on His children. Picture in your mind right now of an assault, what comes to mind when you think of an assault? I think of someone getting the daylights pounded out of them! That is what we are doing to God’s children.  I am deeply sadden by this assault on God’s children. Yesterday I spent nearly an hour talking with a New Mexico County Sheriff about a particular case. He was so very nice and understanding and he and his Deputies are doing the best they can, with the laws on the books. We better be looking at the Bible. The world is assaulting God on many fronts.  The end result will not be good for those that assault His children. Turn off the “nothing noise” of the world and turn toward God and His ways. Behold, children are a gift of the LORD, The fruit of the womb is a reward. Psalm 127:3

Pictured here with me is my Dear Friend Jade and then our grand baby Lilith Evelyn. Remember look at the world through the eyes of God.

And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 18:3…do you believe that?

We better get busy loving like God intended us to!
