Maj.-Gen. Majid Faraj, head of the Palestinian Authority’s General Intelligence Service, took the stand Monday in a New York City courtroom to testify in a lawsuit filed by American citizens who have lost loved ones to terrorism in Israel over the last several years. Gen.
