Rebel factions in Syria have reportedly used back channels to contact Israel and request that the Jewish State launch more air strikes against agents of Iran and the Lebanese Shi’ite terror militia Hezbollah who are in their country to defend the regime of President Bashar Assad. The factions have also offered to launch a guerilla campaign on the ground against those forces deployed near the Israeli border in coordination with an Israeli air campaign. “We ask all the states of the world to help the Syrian people and to help us the way Iran and Russia help the regime,” said a rebel officer fighting in the south of the country.
