Where are the Salt Trucks?

Kaseman snowGolf Course snowCoors snowIn my travels this morning in the Albuquerque area I found Coors in many stretches near I-40 in bad share, very icy and snow packed. Golf Course at Paradise is also in awful shape in many spots, icy and snow packed in many areas. The snow is starting to melt, but I pray the plows can sand and scrape the snow and ice off before it freezes tonight. These pictures were taken between 10:30am and 11:00am. Where are the salt trucks? The plows? Coors is a major road as well as Golf Course and Paradise. Picture at top is workers shoveling snow at Anna Kaseman Hospital on the east side of Albuquerque this morning where my wife Sharon reported to work this morning. Then Golf Course near Paradise and bottom photo is of Coors near I-40. This is a sad report as the City and State had plenty of notice of this storm. Total snowfall at the Moede house on the west side of Albuquerque is 7 1/2 inches! PRAISE GOD! Be careful out there! High today in Albuquerque is predicted to be 42, down from what the weatherman was saying earlier, 50! I pray the road crews get that snow and ice off that is packed down before it freezes tonight. Dear Friend Ethan Carr reports 12 inches of snow at his house in the Sandia Foothills of Albuquerque.

  1. That’s how it is here in Midland, Texas. No snow plows, no salt trucks. Praying for safe travels for everyone. Be safe my friends.
