Vladimir Putin’s mysterious sabbatical from public life is now in its eighth day, and, still,
nobody knows where he is. The Kremlin, whose spokesman Dmitry Peskov has the
unfortunate task of insisting nothing is wrong, denies that the Russian
president is incapacitated.
