Greetings from North Carolina! My name is Karen Rowe with Hope in Today Ministries and I am so glad to be joining you today! Dewey asked me if I could post something; and as always it is a joy. I prayed and here is what the Lord has given me to write for you today!
Praise to God! It is a glorious day today here in North Carolina! I hope it is a joyful day where you are today as well. Yet, if not, it is not an accident that you stopped by today to read this! This is your appointment with God to praise Him for whom God is!
God has given us everything and God allows hard things, but in all things God is good. Let’s take a moment to reflect on the goodness of God. Will you do this with me?
If we can take our mind off of the troubles in this world, we can see a God who is gracious and kind. He is willing to help, assist and guide us through our every need! He is our Creator first and foremost, our sustainer, provider, healer! He restores, refreshes and assures us through every trial we face. He gives us life!
Will you stay with me just a little bit longer, because I am here for you –you that have experienced a heavy hurt? Would you like to learn how to feel love again; or perhaps feel love for the very first time? Would you like to learn how to forgive? Jesus is your help and shield. Would you like to learn how to trust again, or perhaps trust for the very first time? God is faithful and He will help you.
On a good day we see blessings, but perhaps your heart is stuck in a bad day, a terrible hurt, a pain that you can’t let go of? God is here for you. In fact, God loves you!
Do you know how much God loves you? God SO loved you that he gave his only begotten Son for you. And not just for you, but also for all you know and love –that the world that might believe and have hope, assurance, peace and life everlasting! There is more to God than we can ever declare! God loves you and your friends, family and neighbors; and yes God loves that cranky co-worker, and that rude, irresponsible driver … Yes, I know sometimes things hurt deeply, but you can grow from within your pain to a deeper faith, like a flower bulb! God loves His creation! All you have to do is believe and trust that God will do the work, but God does ask you to believe and hope in Him. Just as a flower bulb will grow from under the seemingly impossible cold, hard ground in the winter! You are meant to blossom and experience the grace of God flowing through you. In fact you have a purpose, just like a flower bulb is designed to bloom! We go through seasons of life; and it is not always easy –in fact, most times it is hard. But there is joy in the Lord available, if we will just trust in God and trust also in Jesus. We are born to live to die to live, but in Christ, Praise God we don’t face death, which is separation from God! We are wrapped in life with God!
Friend, you are this important to God! It is not an accident that you are here today reading this message to you that although comes through me, is really your message from God that He loves you and has seen your hurt and pain. God wants to help you, just as God has enabled a flower bulb to find its way!
In the season of spring we see evidence of Creation: We see life! We experience life! We can see, hear, smell, touch and even taste life! God designed the sun and the rain to glorify Him and His Creation and God has knit you together for a relationship with Him; Praise God! I pray that you find your joy in Jesus and I believe you will, because it is God who loves you and will draw you near. If you will just believe? Once you choose hope and believe, all things are possible for you in Christ with God! When we find this joy in Jesus –He raises us up from the ashes to glorify us as well!
Yet, God does ask you one question: Do you believe?
Look around you. What do you see? If it is pleasant, Praise God. If you see fear or unrighteousness, pray to God and tell him your heart and ask God what to do to change your view. Perhaps in your heart, the colors are grey? Will you ask God to shed His light and fill you with His Joy so unimaginable with like colors of the rainbow?
Friend, I am experiencing a week of praying on my knees before God and asking for a fresh anointing each day. It is like filling a sponge with water each day! It is so amazing to watch God move in and throughout my days recently. I believe it is not that God loves me more this year than last, but that the frame of my mind is at rest in His love and is positioned on Jesus with the attitude that God can and will do as he pleases, if I just will allow / give God my mind to trust in him completely. Free will is a gift from God. Yet, how we use our gifts will dictate our appreciation in the gift! When we just use our free will to follow God’s will, we find a place of joy that overcomes fear to see God moving in the dimensions of this atmosphere!
That is about all I wanted to say today. Is that I encourage you to know and believe how much God loves you my friend! Allow God to teach you to trust in Him unconditionally of the circumstances. Unconditional trust in God and in Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit is a powerful experience my friend! Unconditional trust in God blooms up from not as much of a choice to trust God, but rather a close relationship with God that knows God’s love. It is in this love that trust just supernaturally flows! Allow the Holy Spirit to feed you praise that this world has never known! And be blessed by His Grace with Peace and Joy in Overflow!
If you have never believed God’s testimony about His Son, I invite you to become a citizen of Heaven right now! Just confess with your mouth and believe in your heart what you deep down already know. Jesus is alive! Thank God for sending His Son for you. Thank God for Jesus and for His sacrifice for you. Jesus was born a miracle in life with a purpose to die to bring rescue to you, which is called Salvation in the power of life itself, which is God! All because God loves you! Jesus was the only one qualified and He went to the cross for you, me and all who will believe in their heart that God’s blood shed was enough! Jesus is Lord. He died, he was buried and three days later, he rose! Jesus is alive! Will you tell God you believe? Will you ask Jesus to be your Lord and help you bloom in your life? –For God’s Glory Alone!
Friend, welcome to the family of God if you just prayed that prayer! God is your Father and Jesus is your Lord! Reread this if necessary. Will you take the time? This is important. Rejoice that you have a help and a shield. And, now through all things praise God in all that you do! Look up and give God his rightful credit that is due and experience God’s presence with you –His love and adoration for you.
Trust in the Lord –God will enable your way every day!
