Today let’s pray once again about the day you were born.
Psalms 139:13-16
For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your book were all written The days that were ordained for me, When as yet there was not one of them.
Father, thank you for your Word that says you knew each of us before we were even born. Today, we pray for mothers and their children. We pray God where there has been discord you would bring unity. Where there has been hurt you will bring healing. God we thank you for choosing the womb we would be born in, knowing the plans you have for our lives.
Today we pause to thank you for those plans, plans to prosper us, not to harm us to give us a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Oh God we thank you for life and the choice our mothers made to give it to us. We do rise up and call her blessed.
Today Lord, we pray that many will read your Word and Believe you created them for such a time as this. Amen
