Savage fighting in Syria kills scores on all sides
Reports of heavy fighting with scores of casualties on all sides emerged from Syria on Tuesday, with the Lebanese Shi’ite terror militia taking new ground in the Qalamoun border region along the Lebanese-Syrian border, as al-Qaida’s Nusra Front announced its intention to “eradicate” the Islamic State (IS) terror militia. IS has reportedly executed several prominent jihadi leaders in recent days, prompting Al Nusra to say there is “no choice” but to respond the same way. In related news, rumors were flying around the internet on Tuesday that Hezbollah leader sheik Hassan Nasrallah has suffered a stroke and is recovering in a Beirut area hospital. There has been no official confirmation of the report. Finally, the Lebanese Armed Forces issued a complaint on Monday to the UN about “Israeli violations” of its sovereignty. We pray for the people of Syria…..all those babies being killed……..all those children being killed……all those women being killed………..all those men being killed………senseless, it is of Satan. Lord, we wonder if the world, the people you placed to look after women and children, have forgotten about Syria and your Children?
