I, Too, Have A Dream! By Pastor Jerry McCullah 
“Would to God ye could bear with me a little in my folly: and indeed bear with me.” (2 Corinthians 11:1)
In early Hebrew thought, if you shared your dreams they were more likely to come true. This is believed to be why Joseph’s brothers were so upset with him. While this thinking may not be accurate, it is my hope and prayer that by sharing my dreams with you, you might join with me in prayer and action that they may come true.
I have a dream where all God’s children enjoy a deep, personal, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ beyond the salvation experience.
I have a dream where prayer, to the believer, is as natural as breathing.
I have a dream of believers of every color meeting together at the altar of prayer in a bond of genuine love.
I have a dream in which the devil is frustrated in his powerlessness to bring conflict into the church because Gods people are praying.
I have a dream where various prayer activities become more prominent in the corporate worship experience.
I have a dream where millions of American Christians surrender to God’s call to a ministry of intercessory prayer for the nations of the world. (1 Timothy 2:1-3 ; Ezekiel 22:30)
I have a dream where the church’s prayer meeting is no longer business as usual but business unusual. (Acts 4:31)
I have a dream where strategies, plans and programs are born and utilized in churches through seasons of prayer and fasting for God’s direction.
I have a dream where hundreds of thousands of men, women, boys, and girls are saved because thousands of prayer warriors contend for their souls, by name, in prayer. (2 Corinthians 4:3-4; 2 Corinthians 10:3-5)
These are a few of my dreams. Will you believe with me, in prayer, to the fulfillment of these dreams?
