Tuesday, July 28th: Santa Fe #WomenBetrayed Rally and Press Conference

By Bud Shaver,Albuquerque, NM- A press conference and rally is being held Tuesday morning at the Roundhouse lead by Fr Stephen Imbarrato, Priests for Life Pastoral Staff.  We along with other New Mexican pro-life leaders will be calling for investigations of Planned Parenthood and other NM abortion providers in light of the recent revelations that Planned Parenthood is trafficking in pre-born baby organs.

Planned Parenthood, the nations largest abortion provider gets over $500 million a year in our taxpayer money and makes more than $100 million in profit, all while having abortion quotas. Planned Parenthood must be de-funded.

The organization has been caught covering up statutory rape, double-billing taxpayers, aiding and abetting sex traffickers, scheduling sex-selective abortions and accepting money to abort African-American children.

NM abortion facilities are wholly unregulated and lack oversight from the NM Department of Health. Albuquerque’s late term abortion facility, Southwestern Women’s Options own consent form confirms that there is illegal activity regarding aborted baby organs and tissues,” stated Tara Shaver, Spokesperson for Protest ABQ.

New Mexicans across the state will hold rallies, protests and press conferences on July 28th to demand a statewide investigation of all abortion facilities to ensure that none are violating the law. At the press conference it is expected that the 3 Catholic bishops of NM will make their own public statement.
