Spend Time In His Presence Today…

Today, let’s seek his presence together.

James 4:8

Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

Luke 10:38-42

As Jesus and his disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him. ³⁹ She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said. ⁴⁰ But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!” ⁴¹ “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things,⁴² but few things are needed—or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Father, thank you in Your presence there is everything we need. Today, as Your people spend time with You may we all find hope, joy and strength for our journey. Today, as we meditate on Your Word and Believe it, may it strengthen our steps. Your Word is yes and amen and You are watching over it to perform it. We receive more of Your presence in our lives today.

Thank You for your love for mankind. Thank You for a fresh infilling of Your spirit. In Your presence is fullness of joy. (Psalm 16:11) Amen
