Where’s The Fire?

Today let’s pray and thank the Lord for setting our souls on fire.

Luke 3:16

John answered them all, I baptize you with water. But one who is more powerful than I will come, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

Jeremiah 23:29

Is not my Word like fire, declares the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?

1 Kings 18:24 

Then you call on the name of your God, and I will call on the name of the Lord. The God who answers by fire—he is God. Then all the people said, “What you say is good.”

Father, thank you for setting our hearts and souls on fire for You. Not only burn up anything in our lives that is not of You, but burn Your light deeply in our souls today. May Your Word break up everything in our lives that needs to be removed, so Your light can shine brightly.

All across this globe today, we join our faith and declare souls on fire for Jesus. Amen
