KOB-TV is reporting that the New Mexico Court of Appeals has struck down the supposed right to die in New Mexico, reversing a ruling by District Court Judge Nan Nash that stopped a 1963 state statute making assisted suicide a fourth-degree felony in the state.

The battle for life and death is far from over as the culture of death continues to press for various forms of euthanasia. There is still the appeal to the NM Supreme court ahead and they have found rights that previously did not exist.

Keep checking for the latest.
