Celebrate Your Day On The High Road…
Together let’s pray:
Leviticus 26:12 I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be my people.
Malachi 2:6 True instruction was in his mouth and unrighteousness was not found on his lips; he walked with Me in peace and uprightness, and he turned many back from iniquity.
Micah 6:8 He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
Father, today we will have opportunities to live in peace, to love mercy and walk in ways that are pleasing to you. Thank you for empowering us to take the high road and not settle for roads that lead us away from knowing you more intimately. Every choice we make good or bad today, puts us further along or behind on the path of our own unique journey with you. We desire to walk in the light of your glory. (Tell him if this is true). Forgive us for the low roads we have taken in our past and may we continue to go higher and grow in relationship with you.
Today, all across this globe we pray for strength to stay on the high road. Low roads (bad choices) behind us, we declare we are going higher. In addition, God use us today to bring someone along on the higher path as well. Your heart oh God, is that no one is left behind. Amen
